If an item received is unsuitable the buyer is welcome to return, however the buyer will be responsible for the return postage and packaging charges at their expense. All returned goods MUST be unused and in the original packaging with all tags still attached, and free from any wear or tear.
If an item is faulty from us, we will refund 100% money . Please also obtain a proof of delivery. You must send us a clear digital picture by e-mail .

If Buyer donot like the item and buyer want to send back the item , For items that have Free Post & Packaging charges, a deduction of 30% will be deducted for post and packaging charged from the amount paid and the balance will be refunded to the original method of payment.
EXAMPLE Item Cost USD 30.00 + free P&P, if item returned, USD 21.00 will only be refunded. USD 9.00 will be deducted for postage and packaging.
